- EHB 1217 then passed out of the Senate with a number of amendments on April 10, 2025
- A compromise version of EHB 1217 passed both chambers on the final day of the legislative session, and now awaits the Governor’s signature to become law.

- SB 5222 was voted out of the Senate Housing Committee on Feb. 19, 2025.
- SB 5222 was not considered in the Senate Ways and Means Committee ahead of the Fiscal Cutoff on Feb. 28, 2025.

- HB 1380 had a hearing in the House Appropriations Committee on Feb. 12, 2025. It passed out of the House Appropriations Committee on Feb. 27, 2025.
- HB 1380 failed to be brought to the floor for a vote before the Chamber of Origin cutoff, so the bill is done for this year.
